As with the Voyager uniforms, yadda yadda yadda appeared elsewhere, yadda yadda yadda don’t care, yadda yadda yadda DS9 is the factor most related to them. All that out of the way in which—these are very good uniforms.
The easy change of bringing the division colour to the undershirt and the grey onto the shoulders is a very good contact that feels reflective of the darker interval these uniforms had been launched in: there’s one thing just a bit extra militaristic about these uniforms because the Federation heads into battle with the Dominion, however there’s simply sufficient of a pop of colour that they really feel like Star Trek uniforms nonetheless, a little bit bit of sunshine at nighttime. And it’s all executed via one easy, minor change! Fantastic.
