From the very begining of the trailer for Troll, a brand new Norweigan-language fantasy-action movie directed by Roar Uthaug, it’s clear that there’s one thing very flawed within the mountains. Uthaug is the director of Tomb Raider (the 2018 model) and 2015 catastrophe thriller The Wave, and his new Netflix movie appears to mix a magical fascination with the fairy realm with an exploration of how historic creatures may truly work together with the fashionable world.
The trailer reveals one thing trapped within the mountains of Dovre. When a gigantic troll awakens after thousand years, it begins to destroy the whole lot in its path, shortly approaching Oslo. Combining a pure catastrophe story with a creature characteristic, Troll seems to be like a transparent local weather catastrophe analogy wrapped up in a damaging drive ripped out of a fable. It stars Ine Marie Wilmann, Kim S. Falck-Jørgensen, Mads Sjøgård Pettersen, and Gard B. Eidsvold.
Troll will probably be out there to stream on Netflix beginning December 1.
