Yes, a telephone that’s about 2 years previous isn’t even getting Android 11, and don’t get us began on Android 12! According to the corporate, “Nokia phones are about offering the best possible smartphone experience, day in and day out. It’s something we take pride in. That is why we had to make the tough choice not to offer the Android 11 software upgrade for Nokia 9 PureView. Incompatibilities between the camera and the software would have led to a compromised experience that does not meet our high standards.”
To make it as much as those that did purchase the telephone, the corporate has introduced they are going to as an alternative offer clients a 50% low cost on a funds Nokia telephone just like the Nokia XR20. It’s a really odd resolution as a result of why would anybody go from a high-end machine to a funds handset, one which they’d nonetheless must pay for even with a 50% low cost, only for an Android replace?
Judging from the feedback on Twitter, it appears that evidently many homeowners of the handset aren’t too thrilled by this and transferring forwards, we’re undecided if that is going to do the Nokia model any favors.
