Apple has began authorized proceedings in opposition to Russia’s anti-monopoly regulator in a dispute regarding different cost choices on its App Store platform, the RIA information company reported on Sunday citing courtroom filings.
Russia opened an antitrust case in opposition to Apple in late October, accusing it of failing to permit app builders to inform prospects about different cost choices when utilizing its App Store. In paperwork revealed on December 1, the Moscow Arbitration Court listed Apple as a claimant and Russia’s Federal Anti-monopoly Service (FAS) as a defendant in “economic disputes over administrative legal relations.”
