Amazon will create 1,500 new apprenticeships within the United Kingdom in 2022, it stated on Wednesday.

The web large stated it was providing 40 entry to degree-level apprenticeship schemes, together with new schemes within the areas of publishing, retailing, advertising and marketing, and a programme targeted on environmental, social, and company governance (ESG).

Amazon stated it grew its everlasting UK workforce by 25,000 in 2021, taking the full to 70,000.

The group had beforehand introduced it could create 10,000 roles in 2021 and finish the 12 months with 55,000 everlasting staff.

However, it recruited an extra 15,000 for its fulfilment centres, type centres, and supply stations throughout the UK as nicely for company and analysis and growth features.
