Amazon is giving its company staff higher flexibility to work remotely, the corporate said Thursday, in a big U-turn from its earlier return-to-work steerage.

In an inside memo despatched to staff, Amazon stated it expects staff to work out of the workplace three days per week, leaving them the choice to work remotely as much as two days per week.
