Airbnb lit up Android telephones across the globe with a notification that reads: “Test dev.” The obvious blunder occurred early Wednesday morning, and judging by what number of customers are posting about it on Twitter, it looks like quite a bit of individuals acquired the unintentional alert (via 9to5Google).

While I personally don’t have the Airbnb app put in on my telephone, my colleague Cameron Faulkner does, and he received the notification at 3:41AM ET this morning. Tapping into the notification results in the Airbnb app however doesn’t do anything.
